Indonesian Cuisine from Various Regions

Indonesian cuisine is one of the richest culinary traditions in the world and is full of strong flavors. Indonesian cuisine is a lot of variety and comes from various regions. West Sumatera Cuisine
So popular cuisine from West Sumatra is a dish that comes from Minang or better known as "Masakan Padang". The famous Masakan Padang has a character with lots of coconut milk and meat combined with red chili and turmeric. It feels dominated by spicy and savory, with spices that is often used is ginger, galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Balinese cuisine is one of the most complex cuisine in the world.
