Indonesian Typical Snacks from Lombok City

Lombok is one of the cities in Indonesia. Lombok Island is often used as a tourist attraction because it has an amazing view. With the title as "City Tour" Lombok city also has a variety of culinary that must be sought by the tourists. The typical snack of Lombok City has a unique taste and can not be found anywhere else. These foods include:

        1. Kerake Cake
Kerake is a traditional pastry from East Lombok. This cake is made from glutinous rice and has a slightly chewy texture like Jenang. This cake is wrapped in corn husk and made prominent in 3 parts and the shape is similar to Pocong (Indonesian Ghost). Although it looks spooky but this cake has a sweet taste, legit, and delicious.

        2. Sate Tanjung
 Sate Tanjung is made from skipjack tuna. This food it's comes from East Lombok. The local government has set Sate Tanjung as a food typical of East Lombok and become part of the tourist wealth. Sate Tanjung has a taste that is tasty and spicy. Skipjack fish will be ground and seasoned with a distinctive spicy and sweet taste. Then the sate is burned. sate cape served with lontong and urap vegetables. Kelepon snacks sold in Java, but for Kelepon Kecerit typical of Lombok City is different. If Kelepon is usually round, then for Kelepon Kecerit this long and slightly pointy shape.         8. Poteng Jaje Tujak
